About Three Clicks, LLC:

Three Clicks, LLC is an American company founded by a mom and a daughter team. The company has 2 brands, Jill & Abby Designs and Scout Your Tracks. Both brands include fun and exciting hats that can be worn under helmets, or alone.

We sell the hats online and occasionally on eBay. If you are interested in our hats for your retail store, please email us at 3clickllc@gmail.com to discuss inventory amounts and wholesale pricing.

The hats fit great under most helmets, including ski, motorcycle and biking. They are also being worn by people taking chemo-therapy treatments, in fact they make cheerful gifts for your friends. If we are out of a design that you like, please send us an email and we will try to locate one for you. We are also happy to sew a custom hat(s) if you are looking for something specific.

About the Brands:

Welcome to jillandabbydesigns.com. We are a mother and daughter team who design hats for people who like to smile and have fun. Our whimsical hats are great for wearing alone or under helmets. We wear ours under our ski helmets. We also typically have one stashed in a jacket pocket for those occasions when we are in the lodge and our hair is crazy. An “edgier” version of our hats can be found under our ‘scout your tracks’ brand. We originally named the brand “Scout,” after our beloved black Labrador, and “tracks” with the idea of perfectly laid ski tracks in fresh snow on a blue-bird day. It was Abby’s idea to add the word ‘your” to personalize the brand name. We see “Scout your tracks” as a challenge to all of you. Life is what you make of it, everyday, regardless of your current situation in life. So, scout your path and makes tracks with an edgy and fun hat from the ‘Scout Your Tracks’ collection or a take a sweet and whimsical ride with a hat from the ‘jill and abby designs’ collection.

About our Hats:

We have several fun and interesting patterns that are fun to collect. If you register on our site, we will let you know when we have new hats and sales.

The hats are easy to take care of. When you wash them, simply hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, then line-dry your hat.

The hat that you purchase may not look exactly like the photo on the website. This is because many of the fabrics that we use have detailed patterns and are cut in a way that will help ensure that each hat is unique. Every hat is hand made and inspected for quality. Sizing may vary slightly depending on the stretchiness of each of the fabrics. Colors may look different in person than on your computer monitor.

Availability of our Hats:

Inventory of some designs may be limited due to demand. We will post a ‘sold-out’ sign on the site as soon as we discover it sold out. We will check for available inventory prior to taking payment for your purchase. If we, for some reason, received payment for a hat that is no longer available, we will return your money.

We ship within 7 days of receiving payment.

We typically ship USPS.

The pricing is purposely reasonable so that our customers can purchase several hats for their wardrobe. We do include a small handling fee to cover our labor and fees.

If inventory is out of stock, we will let you know right away. Some fabrics have been discontinued.

All sale items are final. No refunds on sale items.

Refunds for purchase price is guaranteed for 14 days after purchase.

Exchanges are allowed for the same priced product. All exchanges are dependent on availability of inventory. Customer pays shipping, handling and any relevant taxes.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
